- Will be subject a $15.00 return fee. All pending order be held until the balance is cleared.
- Most orders are shipped withhin 24 hours after receipt of order. We ship by UPS
- Must be reported within 72 hours. Please have the driver note any problems on the delivery record. Place claims with the carrier and retain original boxes and packing for their inspection. All items leave our warehouse in good condition.
- Only manufacturer defective merchandise will be replaced or credited. A Return Authorization Number must be pre-issued and be clearly marked on the outside of each box being returned. This number may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. Any non-defective items will be charged a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit due. All returned items must be in the original packaging and free of any stickers, tas, or other markings.. RA # expires 30 days after issue. Any used merchandise returned will be discarded and no credit issued.
